IQ Z11 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the iq z11 platform and its users. By using the iq z11 website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these terms.

In this agreement, "we", "our", or "iq z11" refers to the company operating the platform. "You" or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

Iq z11 operates under a license from an international gaming authority. Users in countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are advised to familiarise themselves with their local regulations before using this platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with iq z11, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid and active mobile number is required.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• You must be willing to provide the documents required for identity verification.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you believe someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact our support team immediately. Any suspicious activity on your account should also be reported without delay.

3. Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on iq z11:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• A dropped internet connection during live betting may result in the bet being voided — iq z11 is not liable for any such losses.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the relevant betting rules will apply.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

6. Prohibited Activities

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, iq z11 reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where necessary.

7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Iq z11 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of Terms & Conditions is established.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• If the account is believed to be at risk for security reasons.
• By order of a court or relevant authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Terms and conditions apply to any bonus-related funds.

8. Responsible Gaming

Iq z11 believes in responsible gaming. Betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be viewed as a source of income.

We offer:

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter will be escalated to our senior team. iq z11 also provides for neutral third-party arbitration to resolve disputes.

Iq z11's final decision shall be binding in all disputes — unless a different outcome is reached through an arbitration process.

10. Policy on Changes to Terms & Conditions

Iq z11 may partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will:

• We will clearly communicate the date and reason for any changes.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may request that your account be closed.

The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions is the original document. In the event of any discrepancy in translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
